First Christmas - Allysin & Kyle
Allysin & Kyle were married in July of this year, and to celebrate their first Christmas as a married couple they invited me to document them decorating their apartment for Christmas.
I'm still working on my low light skills, but I'm happy with how a lot of the shots turned out.

Engagement - Luke & Candice
This fall I got the absolute best news in the form of a text. It was a picture of one of my dearest friends beaming with a shiny new ring on her left hand. Her boyfriend, Luke had just proposed. :)
A week later I sat with her drinking lattes and hearing about their wedding plans. In that moment I could not keep the joy contained. And I couldn't be happier that they allowed me to be the one to document such a a beautiful time in their lives.
Candice and Luke - I couldn't be happier for you, or more lucky to call you both my friends. All my love always. :)
YouTube Portraits - Kyle & Allysin
Allysin and Kyle came to me with a portrait request - they wanted really simple portraits on a blank background that could be spliced together to create a YouTube cover photo.
I don't currently have a studio set up, but I do have a really well lit apartment, so we made our impromptu photoshoot by working one of my blank walls right by a door.

Tyler & Emily
The week before my sister's wedding I met the absolute cutest couple. Tyler & Emily celebrated their first year of dating by inviting me to take some photos - and I couldn't be more happy! The light was perfect, and this couple was so kind and easy going.

Mike & Elle Engaged!!
I love love! And I feel incredibly privileged that my friend Mike allowed me to be part of the surprise on the day he proposed to the love of his life, Elle.
Mike and I have been friends for years, ever since we started attending the same college 7 (IS THAT RIGHT??!!) years ago, and my heart just bursts with so much happiness that he has found someone who is just perfect for him, and loves him with the depths he deserves. Elle is a true gem, and I am so excited for their future!
